About Grace Phair

Berkshires native, Grace Phair, brings lifelong knowledge of the region and a fresh background in building sciences and green construction as well as a heartfelt commitment to offering a thoughtful and winning approach in her work with buyers and sellers alike.

A recent graduate of UMASS Amherst, Grace holds a B.S. in Sustainable Development and Building and Construction Technologies. Additionally, she is accredited as a LEED Green Associate; a certification that recognizes and certifies Grace’s knowledge and understanding of green building practices and standards related to the design, construction, usage, and maintenance of LEED-accredited buildings.

As an intern working with Selina Lamb for several summers, Grace has assisted with social media and an endless array of client projects. As a distance runner for UMASS’s Division 1 Track and Field Team, Grace was the 2022 New England Steeple Chase champion and set three, top-five all-time school records in steeplechase. Grace’s natural determination, competitiveness, enthusiasm, and warmth bring an unbeatable energy and commitment to each and every client.
